Tonight's special episode of AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts (November 4, 2026) emanates from VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida and will air starting at 8 p.m. ET on TBS and HBO Max.

It's Wednesday, and you know what that means - results, match winners, promo segment notes and other major developments from All Elite Wrestling will be added below as Dynamite airs.

Preview & Predictions for AEW Dynamite:

On tap for tonight's Blood & Guts special, Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Darby Allin, Steven Borden and The Young Bucks, Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson, face the Don Callis Family's Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Wardlow, Kevin Knight, Mark Davis and Jake Doyle in a 12-Man Blood & Guts Match.

The women's division will also enter the double-ring steel cage for a 12-Woman Blood & Guts Match. Queen Aminata, Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander, Harley Cameron, Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor take on Persephone, Thekla, Julia Hart, Skye Blue, Megan Bayne and Lena Kross.

Aminata and Persephone were added as the final participants following the October 31 episode of Collision, expanding the originally announced women's contest from five-on-five to six-on-six. Their involvement adds another dimension to the rivalry after Aminata captured the TBS Championship from Persephone.

The two Blood & Guts matches are the confirmed attractions for this week's special. Additional matches or advertised segments have not been independently verified.

As far as predicting the winners of those matches, since they don't really have any stakes attached to them, it's tempting to always go with the people who can get more momentum out of it in my mind. In that scenario, I would say The Don Callis Family winning the men's match means more as that puts the titles Ospreay, Allin, and The Young Bucks have in jeopardy. Meanwhile, I'd go on the flip side for the women's match and say someone like Julia Hart could always take a pin, or even Thekla could be taken out by Willow Nightingale to put her more firmly back into title contention.

Here are your results for AEW Dynamite - November 4, 2026:

  • TBD - Women's 12-Woman Blood & Guts Match: Queen Aminata, Willow Nightingale, Wrathlander (Kris Statlander and Harley Cameron) and The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) vs Persephone, Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart and Skye Blue) and Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross)
  • TBD - Men's 12-Man Blood & Guts Match: Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Darby Allin, Steven Borden and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) vs The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Wardlow, Kevin Knight, Mark Davis and Jake Doyle)
