All Elite Wrestling Co-Executive Vice President Cody Rhodes recently spoke with 11Alike to promote All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite. Asked where he sees the company in five years, he revealed that he would like the show to be on a different night...and potentially competing with RAW!

Noting that he loves Wednesday nights, Rhodes also acknowledged that AEW has big names and data that backs up his belief AEW's star will only continue to rise over next few years. However, he went on to say that he would like to compete with WWE on Mondays five years from now before speculating about the possibility a move could somehow happen before then too.

"In five years, who knows, if we had a random storm situation or something popped up and we had to put Dynamite on a Monday night," he says. "If that was to happen in this current threshold, I’d still be very confident in what we can do."

AEW and TNT have already reached a deal that will keep Dynamite on the network through 2023, so everyone involved is clearly confident in its chances of success. Dynamite continues to beat NXT each week (despite not being on the air for even a year yet), so perhaps the Monday Night Wars will soon begin anew...
