Don’t adjust your screens as Collision is happening tonight!
Adam Cole is finally the TNT Champion. But how long can that last? The champ is scheduled to put his title on the line in an open challenge. Given AEW’s ties to New Japan Pro-Wrestling, CMLL, and most of the indie scene, anyone can accept that challenge. Will Adam Cole be able to fend off his first challenger for the TNT Championship?
That isn’t the only title defended tonight as Komander makes a special appearance on Collision to defend his ROH World Television Championship against Nick Wayne. Now Wayne has been having issues lately with Christian Cage. Tonight is his chance to prove that he doesn’t need The Patriarchy leader. Can Nick Wayne pull off a huge victory and become the new ROH World Television Champion?
Josh Alexander shocked the world by making his AEW debut on Wednesday. What was even more stunning was his alliance with The Don Callis family. The former Impact World Champion will team with Konosuke Takeshita to take on the newly crowned NJPW Strong Openweight Champion Tomohiro Ishii and Rocky Romero.
Mercedes Mone pulled off a miracle on Wednesday. The TBS Champion beat a woman who hasn't lost a singles match in two years. But the tournament isn’t over. Mone will have to face either Jamie Hayter or Kris Statlander next and we’ll get a preview of one of the matches thanks to tag team action. Mone will reunite with her Mone Wrath Train partner, Harley Cameron, and they’ll take on Kris Statlander and Julia Hart.
