Ryan Hall vs. Ricardo Lamas has officially been added to the UFC Fight Night card on August 29. Combate was the first to confirm the featherweight match-up.

Hall enters the bout with nice momentum as the featherweight has managed to win his fights against Gray Maynard (via unanimous decision at The Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale), B.J. Penn (via submission at UFC 232), and Darren Elkins (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 155), following his Ultimate Fighter 22 win over Artem Lobov. Hall’s professional record currently stands at 8 wins and 1 loss.

Ricardo Lamas is hoping to rebound from his loss against Calvin Kattar at UFC 238. Overall, the featherweight has only won two out of his last five fights, dropping Jason Knight (via TKO at UFC 214) and Darren Elkins (via TKO at UFC Fight Night 140). His losses to Kattar, Mirsad Bektić, and Josh Emmett have taken the veteran out of the division rankings. Lamas’ professional record currently stands at 19 wins and 8 losses.

The featherweight bout between Hall and Lamas joins Anthony Smith vs. Aleksandar Rakic on the fight night card on August 29. The placement of the match-up has yet to be determined.
