Youssef Zalal will be making his fourth appearance inside of the octagon in 2020 as the featherweight is expected to fight Seungwoo Choi on October 10. MMA Junkie is the first report the potential match-up.
Zalal’s win over Peter Barrett at UFC Fight Night 174 extended his winning streak to four; The featherweight has also beaten Jordan Griffin (via unanimous decision at UFC on ESPN 12) and Austin Lingo (via unanimous decision at UFC 247). Zalal is currently undefeated in the UFC, with his overall record being 10 wins and 2 losses.
Choi is coming off his first win in the promotion, beating Suman Mokhtarian at UFC Fight Night 165. Despite the featherweight’s losses to Movsar Evloev (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 149) and Gavin Tucker (via submission at UFC 240), he’s managed to win three out of his last five fights. Choi’s professional record is a solid 8 wins and 3 losses.
