A new flyweight bout has been added to the ever-growing UFC show on Jan. 16 as Tim Elliot will take on Jordan Espinosa at the event.

Elliot has managed to bounce back from his three-fight losing streak by getting a win over Ryan Benoit at UFC on ESPN 13. His latest victory bumped up the flyweight’s record in his last five bouts as Elliot also beat Mark De La Rosa at UFC 219. Overall, Elliot’s professional record stands at 16 wins, 11 losses, and 1 no contest.

Espinosa managed to rebound from his two consecutive losses to Matt Schnell (via submission at UFC on ESPN 5) and Alex Perez (via technical submission at UFC Fight Night 166) by dropping Mark De La Rosa at UFC on ESPN 10; however, his recent loss to David Dvořák at UFC Fight Night 178 put him out of the win column again. His professional record currently stands at 15 wins, 8 losses, and 1 no contest.

Below is the updated fight-card for the UFC show on Jan. 16:

Brian Kelleher vs. Ricky Simon

Carlos Felipe vs. Justin Tafa
