A new flyweight bout is set for UFC Fight Night Busan, as Veronica Macedo will fight Amanda Lemos.

Macedo came into the promotion back in 2016 undefeated; however, the flyweight has accumulated three losses against Ashlee Evans-Smith, Andrea Lee, and Gillian Robertson. Macedo is coming into the bout with some momentum, as she got a submission win over Polyana Viana back in August. Macedo’s current record stands at 6 wins, 3 losses, and 1 no contest.

Lemos is making her return to the octagon after serving a two-year suspension from the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). The flyweight has had only one fight under the UFC banner that resulted in a loss, which was to Leslie Smith via TKO at UFC Fight Night Glasgow. Her professional record stands at 6 wins, 1 loss, and 1 no contest.

UFC Fight Night Busan takes place on Saturday, December 21 from the Sakij Arena in Busan, South Korea with Brian Ortega and Chan Sung Jung headlining.
