The former UFC Heavyweight Champion will step back into the octagon on Dec. 12 as Junior Dos Santos and Ciryl Gane are expected to fight at the upcoming pay-per-view.
Dos Santos is in need of a win as the veteran in coming over three consecutive losses against Francis Ngannou, Curtis Blaydes, and Jairzinho Rozenstruik. The former UFC Heavyweight last beat Derrick Lewis at UFC Fight Night 146, which was apart of a solid three-fight winning streak. Overall, Junior Dos Santos’ professional record stands at 21 wins and 8 losses.
Since making his UFC debut in 2019, Gane has racked up wins over Raphael Pessoa (via submission at UFC Fight Night 156), Don'Tale Mayes (via submission at UFC Fight Night 162), and Tanner Boser (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 165). Prior to signing with the company, Gane competed in TKO Major League MMA. His professional record currently stands at 6 wins and no losses.
