A middleweight bout has been added to the UFC Fight Night card on October 17 as Makhmud Muradov faces Krzysztof Jotko.
Muradov is in the midst of a 13-fight winning streak and has yet to lose under the UFC banner. The middleweight defeated Alessio Di Chirico (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 160) and Trevor Smith (via KO at UFC on ESPN 7) and is hoping to add a third consecutive UFC win. The 30-year-old hasn’t lost a fight since December 2016. Muradov’s professional record stands at 24 wins and 6 losses.
Jotko has a solid three-fight winning streak going as the middleweight dropped Alen Amedovski (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 149), Marc-André Barriault (via split decision at UFC 240), and Eryk Anders (via unanimous decision at UFC on ESPN 8). Jotko has been defeated four times in his professional career, with his recent loss taking place two years ago against Brad Tavares. Jotko’s professional record currently stands at 22 wins and 4 losses.
The yet to be announced UFC Fight Night card is set for Saturday, October 17 from a location and main event set to be confirmed very soon. The placement of the middleweight fight is currently unknown.
