We have a new lightweight bout added to an April 11th event, as Tristan Connelly will take on Alex da Silva. Thus far, the location has yet to be announced for the Fight Night event.

Connelly is coming off a successful UFC debut, as the lightweight defeated Michel Pereira via unanimous decision. Prior to joining the UFC, the Canada native fought in Rise Fighting Championship and Final Fight Championship. Connelly is currently on a four-fight winning streak. The lightweight’s professional record currently stands at 14 wins and 6 losses.

Silva looks to continue building up momentum after his unanimous decision win over Rodrigo Vargas at UFC on ESPN+ 14 in August 2019. Thus far, Silva’s record within the promotion is a mixed bag, as the lightweight lost his debut bout against Alexander Yakovlev at UFC on ESPN+ 7 in April 2019. Silva’s professional record stands at 21 wins and 2 losses.
