Angela Hill is not happy with the decision made at UFC on ESPN 8.
The strawweight fought Claudia Gadelha in an extremely close bout that could’ve went either way for both fighters; however, Gadelha ended up with the victory via split decision. During the conference call after the fight night event, White actually agreed with the result despite many believing that Hill had the fight won.
Ben Rothwell - who got a victory over Ovince Saint Preux earlier in the week – chimed in and believes that the judging lately has been disgusting:
Despite the results, Hill is quickly looking to bounce back and told White to put her on fight island to carve up more of his girls within the strawweight division:
Following her devastating loss to Yan Xiaonan at UFC 238, the 35-year-old stepped up her game drastically and rebounded with a TKO win over Ariane Carnelossi (UFC Fight Night 159) and Hannah Cifers (UFC Fight Night 166). Hill got a third consecutive win over Loma Lookboonmee at UFC Fight Night 168. Her professional record currently stands at 12 wins and 8 losses.
