Another big fight has been uploaded as the light heavyweight contest between Alexander Gustafsson and Anthony Smith is now available for free.
Going into his fight against Jon Jones, “Lionheart” had some strong momentum on his side as the light heavyweight was coming off wins over Rashad Evans (via KO at UFC 225), Maurício Rua (via KO at UFC Fight Night 134), and Volkan Oezdemir (via submission at UFC Fight Night 138).
Despite putting up a valiant effort, Smith ultimately lost his UFC Light Heavyweight Championship match-up and the 31-year-old was looking to bounce back following that devastating defeat.
Gustafsson was also looking for redemption after losing to Jon Jones at UFC 232. The 33-year-old had some solid heat behind him going into the light heavyweight championship fight as he beat Jan Błachowicz (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 93) and Glover Teixeira (via KO at UFC Fight Night 109).
Both men were looking to climb back to contendership for the 205-pound belt, with Smith locking in a rear naked choke in the fourth round to get the victory. Check out the big fight between the top light heavyweights below:
