A bantamweight bout is confirmed for UFC Fight Night Raleigh, as Brett Johns will take on Tony Gravely.
Johns is looking to get back in the win column after his back-to-back losses to Aljamain Sterling and Pedro Munhoz back in 2018. Since entering the UFC in 2016, he’s won three out of his five fights within the promotion, besting Kwan Ho Kwak, Albert Morales, and Joe Soto. The bantamweight’s record currently stands at 15 wins and 2 losses.
Gravely is going into the promotion thanks to Dana White’s Contender Series, where the bantamweight defeated Ray Rodriguez. Coming in, the Virginia native is in the midst of a seven-fight winning streak from bouts in King of The Cage and M-1 Global. Gravely’s professional record currently stands at 19 wins and 5 losses.
UFC Fight Night Raleigh takes place on Saturday, January 25 from the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina with Curtis Blaydes and Junior Dos Santos headlining.
