A Bantamweight bout has been set for UFC 241, which will see Raphael Assuncao take on Cory Sandhagen at the pay-per-view event.

Assuncao is coming off a submission loss to Marlon Moraes at UFC Fight Night in Brazil, which snapped a four-fight win streak the bantamweight had going into the bout. The Brazil native has beaten the likes of Pedro Munhoz, Bryan Caraway, and TJ Dillashaw in his career thus far. Raphael’s professional MMA record is 27 wins and 6 losses.

Since his debut in the UFC back in 2018, Sandhagen has yet to lose inside the octagon; His first three bouts ended with a finish of two knockouts and a submission victory, and the bantamweight's recent fight against John Lineker ended via split decision. Sandhagen hasn’t lost a match in over two years and his current MMA record stands at 11 wins and 1 loss.
