A bantamweight bout is added to the UFC Fight Night: Eye vs. Calvillo event as Ray Borg will face Merab Dvalishvili.

Borg’s momentum was halted at UFC Fight Night 171 when Ricky Simon defeated the bantamweight fighter. Prior to the loss, Borg was in the midst of a two-fight winning streak, beating Gabriel Silva (via unanimous decision at UFC on ESPN 4) and Rogerio Bontorin (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 167). Borg has only won two out of his last five fights, and his professional record currently stands at 13 wins and 5 losses.

On the other hand, Dvalishvili is currently in the midst of a solid three-fight winning streak by dropping Terrion Ware (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 136), Brad Katona (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 151) and Casey Kenney (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 167). His losses against Ricky Simon (via technical submission at UFC Fight Night 128) and Frankie Saenz (via split decision at UFC Fight Night 123) are the only setbacks he’s suffered in the UFC thus far. Dvalishvili’s professional record currently stands at 10 wins and 4 losses.

UFC Fight Night: Eye vs. Calvillo takes place on Saturday, June 13 from a location set to be announced and with the two flyweights headlining.
