Brandon Moreno is trying to rebuild his resume after losing the UFC Flyweight Championship to Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 290. The former two-time flyweight champion slipped back in the rankings due to his follow-up loss to Brandon Royval. However, Moreno was able to regain some momentum with a unanimous decision victory over Amir Albazi at UFC Fight Night 246. Moreno is currently ranked at No. 2 in the 125-pound division. His MMA record currently stands at 22 wins, 8 losses, and 2 draws.

His opponent comes in with a chip on his shoulder as Steve Erceg hasn’t recovered since his loss to Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 301. That shattered an incredible 11 fight winning streak and pushed him back in the rankings. Erceg’s last fight didn’t fare any better for the flyweight as he lost to Kai Kara-France via TKO. Coming in, Erceg is in the midst of a two-fight skid, and is currently ranked at No. 8 in the divisional rankings. Erceg’s record currently stands at 12 wins and 3 losses.

In the co-main event, Manuel Torres is also looking for a successful rebound following his loss to Ignacio Bahamondes at UFC 306. Despite the recent loss, Torres has won five out of his last six bouts. His current record stands at 15 wins and 3 losses.

His opponent, Drew Dober, is equally on a skid as the lightweight hasn’t won a fight in two years. Out of Dober’s last six fights he’s won three, with those three ending with impressive knockouts. Should the 36-year-old lose this bout then he’ll fall into a three-fight skid. Dober’s record currently stands at 27 wins and 14 losses.
