Chan Sung Jung is not a happy man.

The Featherweight fighter scored the biggest victory of his career at UFC Fight Night Busan, as Jung got a TKO first round victory over former UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar.

Going in, the 32-year-old was at the #6 ranking spot of the featherweight division; however, his impressive knockout win got him moved up to the #4 spot. Jung isn’t thrilled about his current positioning in the rankings and made it known on social media:

The three fighters above him are former UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway (#1), Brian Ortega (#2), and Zabit Magomedsharipov (#3).

Both Holloway and Ortega have recently suffered losses, though the latter hasn’t stepped into the octagon since 2018. The California native was originally set to fight Jung at Fight Night Busan; however, he was forced to pull out.

Magomedsharipov is currently on a 14-fight winning streak; however, the featherweight has mostly defeated lower tier fighters with Jeremy Stephens being his biggest win to date. There’s little chance that anything will change unless Jung gets a victory over one of the three men on the list.
