A new strawweight bout has been set for UFC Fight Night Oklahoma, as Claudia Gadelha will make her return to fight Marina Rodriguez.

Gadelha is hoping to continue building up momentum after her unanimous decision win against Randa Markos at UFC 239. The strawweight has more wins than losses in her last five fights, besting Carla Esparza and Karolina Kowalkiewicz as well. Gadelha’s current professional record stands at 17 wins and 4 losses.

Rodriguez enters the contest in the midst of a strong 12-fight winning streak. The strawweight is coming off a draw against Cynthia Calvillo at UFC Washington D.C. However, Rodriguez scored a big victory over Tecia Torres back in August 2019. Her professional record currently stands at 12 wins, no losses, and 2 no contests.

UFC Fight Night Oklahoma City takes place on Saturday, May 2 from the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with no main event announced at this time.
