Cris Cyborg’s first fight in Bellator MMA is official.

The former UFC Featherweight Champion is now scheduled to take on Women’s Featherweight Champion Julia Budd at the January 25 Bellator event at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The Los Angeles Times first reported the news Friday. Bellator is expected to announce the fight on its Bellator 228 broadcast Saturday night.

Cyborg is coming into the bout after a nice win against then undefeated fighter, Felicia Spencer, in her final fight in the UFC. Despite her 13-year win streak being broken at UFC 232 against Amanda Nunes, Cyborg still holds as strong record of 21 wins and 2 losses.

Julia Budd hasn’t lost a fight in eight years, with the Women’s Featherweight Champion’s last win against Olga Rubin at Bellator 224 back in July. Budd comes in strong with a 11 fight win streak. The Canada native’s professional record stands at 13 wins and 2 losses.
