A huge middleweight bout has been set for the UFC Fight Night show on December 5 as Darren Till and Jack Hermansson will collide at the event. Till himself confirmed the match-up on Instagram.

Till is coming off a loss against former UFC Middleweight Champion Robert Whittaker last month. Still, the UFC star has a solid record overall though he’s only won two fights in his last five, beating Kelvin Gastelum (via split decision at UFC 244) and Stephen Thompson (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 130). Till’s professional record currently stands at 18 wins, 3 losses, and 1 no contest.

Hermansson enters the contest with some momentum thanks to his quick submission win over Kelvin Gastelum at UFC Fight Night 172. Hermansson has won four out of his last five fights, also beating is Gerald Meerschaert (via submission at UFC on Fox 31), David Branch (via submission at UFC on ESPN 2), and Ronaldo Souza (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 150). Hermansson’s professional record currently stands at 21 wins and 5 losses.

Thus far, the middleweight bout is the only confirmed fight on the upcoming event. The placement of Till vs. Hermansson remains unknown at the moment.
