Diego Lopes is hoping to regain momentum after failing to win the UFC Featherweight Championship at UFC 314.

Despite his first loss in two years, the 30-year-old’s record remains pretty good as Lopes has won the last five out of his six fights. The UFC featherweight impressively beat Gavin Tucker (by submission UFC on ESPN: Sandhagen vs. Font), Pat Sabatini (by KO at UFC 295), and Sodiq Yusuff (by TKO at UFC 300). Lopes is currently ranked at no. 2 within the divisional rankings. His professional record stands at 26 wins and 7 losses.

Beating Silva won’t be an easy task though as the fighter hasn't lost a bout in seven years. Silva came in thanks to Dana White’s Contender Series. The UFC featherweight has gotten six wins in the UFC thus far, with four of those wins coming by TKO. Silva is currently ranked at number 10 within the division. The featherweight’s professional record currently stands at 16 wins and 2 losses.

In the co-main event, veteran Rob Font is looking to continue building momentum as he’s currently in the midst of a solid two-fight winning streak. The bantamweight fell into a slump with that big loss to José Aldo at UFC on ESPN: Font vs. Aldo, but he did rebound with a unanimous decision victory over Kyler Phillips. Font is currently at no. 9 in the divisional rankings. His professional record is 22 wins and 8 losses.

David Martinez is also coming in on a nice two-fight winning streak, with the bantamweight looking to grab the biggest win of his career thus far. Currently, the bantamweight is unranked; Martinez’s professional record stands at 12 wins and 1 losses.
