A middleweight bout has been added to the upcoming fight night show on Oct. 3 as Dusko Todorovic will face Dequan Townsend.
Todorovic enters the promotion on a strong nine-fight winning streak. The 25-year-old was discovered on Dana White’s Contender Series by beating Teddy Ash via unanimous decision. Prior to the UFC, Todorovic competed in Serbian Battle Championship, Collision Fighting League, and Fight of Gladiators. Todorovic’s professional record currently stands at 9 wins and no losses.
Townsend is currently in the midst of a three-fight losing streak as the middleweight failed to beat Dalcha Lungiambula (via TKO at UFC on ESPN 3), Bevon Lewis (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 166), and Devin Clark (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 167). Thus far, Townsend has yet to secure a win in the UFC; however, his professional record is a solid 21 wins and 11 losses.
