Former UFC Lightweight and Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor faces a familiar foe as the UFC star will fight Dustin Poirier. In their first encounter, McGregor got a first-round TKO over “Diamond” and managed to go on and win the Lightweight and Featherweight titles. McGregor currently stands at 22 wins and 4 losses.
Poirier has seen success himself as the UFC star has beaten former UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis, Justin Gaethje, Max Holloway (for the UFC Interim Lightweight Championship), Eddie Alvarez, and most recently, Dan Hooker. Poirier currently stands at 26 wins and 4 losses.
In the co-main event, former Bellator World Lightweight Champion Michael Chandler gets a chance to prove himself within the UFC by fighting Dan Hooker.
