COVID-19 strikes again.

A featherweight bout between Eduardo Garagorri and Mirsad Bektic was set for this Saturday’s UFC Vegas 11 show; however, one of Garagorri’s cornermen tested positive for the coronavirus, thus forcing the featherweight to withdraw from his bout against Bektic.

It didn’t take long for UFC officials to find a replacement for Bektic though, as he’s now set to fight Damon Jackson.

Jackson will be making his return to the UFC following his stints in Legacy Fighting Alliance and Pro Fighters League. The featherweight has won four out of his last five fights, beating Mauro Chaulet, Nate Jennerman, Jeremy Spoon, and Chris Pecero by either TKO or submission. Jackson comes in with a professional record of 17 wins, 3 losses, 1 draw, and 1 no contest.
