A new welterweight bout has been added to the UFC 254 pay-per-view as Elizeu Zaleski Dos Santos is confirmed to step inside of the octagon against Shavkat Rakhmonov.

Dos Santos is coming off a split decision loss to Muslim Salikhov at UFC 251. Overall, the welterweight has won three in his last five fights, beating Curtis Millender (via submission at UFC Fight Night 146), Alexey Kunchenko (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 170), and Luigi Vendramini (via KO at UFC Fight Night 137). Dos Santos’ professional record currently stands at 22 wins and 7 losses.

Rakhmonov will be making his UFC debut here and the welterweight is coming in on the strength of a strong 12-fight winning streak that he gained from competing in M-1 Global and Kazakhstan MMA Federation. Thus far, Rakhmonov’s fights have either ended via TKO or submission. His professional record stands at 12 wins and 0 losses.
