Elizeu Zaleski will now take on Luigi Vendramini at UFC Sao Paulo on Sept. 22. He replaces Belal Muhammad at next week’s Fight Night event in Brazil, sources confirmed to MMA Fighting following a report by Combate. Muhammad addressed his withdrawal on social media, citing an injury.

Vendramini is currently holding the professional MMA record of 7-0. The lightweight will be making his debut in the UFC octagon at Sao Paulo. Zaleski is looking to score his sixth win at the fight night event. His latest win was from a spinning hook kick knockout over Sean Strickland in May.

In the main event, Thiago Santos will clash against Jimi Manuwa at the Ibirapuera gymnasium.
