A new flyweight bout is set for UFC Fight Night Austin as Alexa Grasso will take on Ji Yeon Kim.

Grasso is coming off a disappointing loss to Carla Esparza at UFC Fight Night Mexico City. Since suffering her first defeat at the hands of Felice Herrig, the Mexico native has a mixed record inside of the octagon with Grasso only winning two out of her last four fights. Grasso’s professional record currently stands at 11 wins and 3 losses.

Kim is looking to continue building up momentum after her impressive win over Nadia Kassem at UFC 243. The flyweight’s record is a mixed bag with the South Korea native winning only three out of her last five fights. Kim’s professional record currently stands at 9 wins, 2 losses, and 2 no contests.

UFC Fight Night Austin takes place on Saturday, June 27 from the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas with no main event announced at this time.
