A flyweight bout has been confirmed for UFC Fight Night Rio Rancho.
At the special event in New Mexico, Mark De La Rosa will hope to break his losing streak, as the flyweight will take on Raulian Paiva.
De La Rosa is coming off back-to-back losses against Alex Perez and Kai Kara France. The flyweight’s last victory was against Joby Sanchez at UFC Fight Night Denver in late 2018. The Texas native’s professional record currently stands at 11 wins and 3 losses.
Paiva is also entering the fight with a losing streak, as the flyweight has lost two consecutive bouts against Kai Kara France and Rogerio Bontorin. Prior to his loss to Kai Kara-France, Paiva was riding a strong 12-fight winning streak. The Brazil native’s professional record stands at 18 wins and 3 losses.
UFC Fight Night Rio Rancho takes place on Saturday, February 15 from the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico with Corey Anderson and Jan Blachowicz headlining.
