Former UFC Bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw has finally spoken up about being suspended for two years by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) after a failed drug test in line with UFC Fight Night Brooklyn.

Since it was announced that Dillashaw accepted the two-year sentence for failing his drug test, the bantamweight fighter has come under fire within many of the MMA community including his coach and nutritionist. Dillashaw released a video via Instagram, apologizing to all those who were affected by the failed drug test and suspension. He makes note on how much he “messed up” and understands the harsh criticism that’s come his way.

However, Dillashaw is promising a comeback to the octagon once his suspension ends, which won’t be until January 18, 2021. He promises to be back better and stronger, along with looking to redeem himself after letting everyone down.
