Former Featherweight champion Jose Aldo will be making his return to the octagon at UFC 237 against the undefeated Alexander Volkanovski.

Since dropping the title to Max Holloway and losing the rematch, Aldo has been able to rebound from his previous losses with wins over Jeremy Stephens and Renato Moicano. Branded as one of the greatest featherweights in history, Aldo's professional mma record stands at 28 wins and 4 losses.

Since joining the UFC back in 2017, Volkanovski has showcased why he could potentially be the future featherweight champion by defeating Jeremy Kennedy, Darren Elkins, Chad Mendes in impressive fashion. Two of the three bouts were won by TKO. Volkanovski has only suffered one defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that was against Corey Nelson at Australian Fighting Championship 5 in May of 2013. His record is 19 wins and 1 loss.

UFC 237 takes place on Saturday, May 11 from the Arena Da Baixada in Curitiba, Brazil with no main event announced at this time.
