Conor McGregor is teasing another fight with Nate Diaz.
Back in 2016, Diaz and McGregor had some of the best fights in the UFC that year. The California native shocked the world by handing McGregor his first loss in the company via submission in the second round at UFC 196. McGregor would ultimately get back his win at UFC 202 by getting a decision victory after a back-and-forth war. Since then, both men have been on-and-off when it comes to a third fight, with Diaz recently stating that he’s open to fighting the former Lightweight Champion if he wants it (transcript courtesy of

"If that's something that works into the schedule," Diaz told reporters.
"I'm going to fight the baddest dudes, the biggest, baddest shows that people want to see. That's what I want to see, that's what I want to do, so it's up to everybody that's involved in that. If they want it, they're going to call me and tell me they want it."
McGregor would then pen a message on Diaz, stating that his fight against Pettis at UFC 241 was motivating to see for his own comeback. The 31-year-old would continue to praise the California native and states
“I'll be prepared for it when we go again. If we go again. If not, respect always. A war for the ages."
