A women’s flyweight bout has been confirmed for the UFC Fight Night card on October 17 as Jessica Eye will take on Jessica Andrade.

Eye is coming off a loss to Cynthia Calvillo at UFC on ESPN 10. Despite the devastating loss, the 31-year-old has won four out of her last six fights, beating Viviane Araújo (via unanimous decision at UFC 245), Jessica-Rose Clark (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 132), and Katlyn Chookagian (via split decision at UFC 231). Eye’s professional record currently stands at 15 wins, 8 losses, and 1 no contest.

Andrade is also looking to rebound after her losses to Rose Namajunas and Zhang Weili. Prior to the defeat, the former UFC Strawweight Champion was in the midst of a strong four-fight winning streak by beating Cláudia Gadelha (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 117), Tecia Torres (via unanimous decision at UFC on Fox 28), Karolina Kowalkiewicz (via KO at UFC 228), and Rose Namajunas (via KO at UFC 237). Andrade’s professional record currently stands at 20 wins and 8 losses.

The yet to be announced UFC Fight Night card takes place on Saturday, October 17 from a location and main event set to be confirmed soon.
