Jake Hager’s second professional MMA fight has been confirmed for Bellator 221 on May 11. The former WWE superstar will take on T.J. Jones at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill.

The former World Heavyweight champion made a successful debut at Bellator 214 last month, defeating J.W. Kiser in the first round via submission thanks to a head-and-arm choke. His opponent Jones, a Missouri-based fighter, is coming off a 59 second submission win over Erick Braly on Oct. 28, 2017. T.J. Jones is a newcomer to the world of MMA himself, with his professional record being 1 win and 1 loss.

Bellator 221 will be headlined by lightweight champion Michael Chandler facing featherweight champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire. The show also includes a welterweight Grand Prix second round fight with Michael “Venom” Page facing Douglas Lima. The show will be a DAZN exclusive.
