Will Former UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar start off strong in the bantamweight division?
Tonight’s fight night show will see the veteran make his debut in the 135-pound division against Pedro Munhoz. While the No. 5 ranked fighter is coming off a loss to Aljamain Sterling at UFC 238, Munhoz does own big wins over former UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt, Bryan Caraway, and Brett Johns.
On the other hand, Edgar is coming off back-to-back losses against Max Holloway and Chan Sung Jung. The fighter does own two wins in his last five bouts, though his most recent victory over Cub Swanson was back in 2018.
In the co-main event, Ovince Saint Preux will make his return to the light heavyweight division as the veteran will take on Alonzo Menifield. Both men are looking to rebound after their losses in previous fights.
Also, Mike Rodriguez, Mariya Agapova, Takashi Sato, Austin Hubbard, Ike Villanueva, and Mizuki Inoue will fight on the latest UFC show. Check out the fully advertised line-up for the fight night event:
