The final UFC Fight Night show for May is here.
Tonight’s fight night event will see former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley making his return after dropping the prestigious belt one year ago against Kamaru Usman. The 38-year-old will face a rising Gilbert Burns, who’s currently on a strong five-fight winning streak, beating names such as Demian Maia and Olivier Aubin-Mercier.
With Burns currently ranked at the #6 spot in the welterweight division, will the Brazilian score the biggest victory of his career by taking out the former UFC Welterweight Champion?
In the co-main event, Blagoy Ivanov hopes to erase his loss against Derrick Lewis at UFC 244 by scoring a victory over Augusto Sakai. This won’t be an easy feat however, as Sakai is currently in the midst of a five-fight winning streak, notably besting former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei Arlovski and Chase Sherman.
