The UFC 320 pay-per-view card continues to grow.

A new featherweight bout has been added to the main card of UFC 320 as Josh Emmett and Yousseff Zalal will fight on October 4th from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Emmett has his work cut out for him as he’s stepping into the octagon fresh off a loss against Lerone Murphy. From 2019 - 2022, the 40-year-old was on a tear through the division beating Michael Johnson and Mirsad Bektić with an impressive TKO.

He walked into his UFC 284 fight against Yair Rodriguez on a five fight winning streak. Unfortunately, Rodriguez shattered that streak and Emmett’s been a mixed bag ever since. He’s only won two fights out of his last five. Emmett is currently ranked at No. 8 within the division. Emmett’s professional record currently stands at 19 wins and 5 losses.

Zalal is riding on a seven-fight winning streak with three submission wins and two knockouts. This is coming after a career scare when Yousseff was on a three fight skid that saw him take major losses to Ilia Topuria, Choi Seung-woo, and Sean Woodson. Luckily, the featherweight readjusted his game plan and climbed back up the rankings that could get him a title shot very soon. Zalal is currently ranked No. 9 in the featherweight division. His professional record is 17 wins, 5 losses, and 1 draw.

It’s already been confirmed that two titles will be on the line. Alex Pereira will get a chance to win back the UFC Light Heavyweight title as he’ll main event the show against Magomed Ankalaev. These two previously met at UFC 313 and Pereira walked in as champion.

The co-main event will see a UFC Bantamweight Championship fight between Merab Dvalishvili and Cory Sandhagen. This is Merab’s third title defense this year as he’s coming off a strong win over Sean O’Malley at UFC 316 in June. Davlishivili hasn’t lost a fight in seven years. He’s currently in the midst of a 13-fight winning streak, with some of those victories coming against José Aldo, Petr Yan, and Henry Cejudo.
