Another heavyweight bout is confirmed for UFC Fight Night Houston, as Juan Adams will return to the octagon to fight Justin Tafa.

Adams is hoping to start off 2020 in the right direction, as the heavyweight has had a lackluster year that saw him lose two consecutive fights to Greg Hardy and Arjan Bhullar. The Texas native's last victory was against Chris De La Rocha at UFC on Fox 31. Adams’ professional mixed martial arts record stands at 5 wins and 2 losses.

Tafa is searching for his first win under the UFC banner, as the heavyweight is coming off a disappointing loss to Yorgan De Castro at UFC 243. Tafa’s record stands at 3 wins and 1 loss.

UFC Fight Night Houston takes place on Saturday, February 8 from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas with a main event to be announced. The only other match-up confirmed for the event thus far is Derrick Lewis vs. Ilir Latifi.
