UFC's Conor McGregor made it clear that he was coming for the welterweight title - specifically stating that Jorge Masdival, Colby Covington, and Kamaru Usman are all targets he has in his sights.
Looking ahead at the 2020 year, this was what McGregor said regarding the welterweight fighters.
“I’m not going to 170 just for Jorge. I liked the look of that welterweight bout, the welterweight title fight. I like the look Kamaru Usman, the look of Colby. I’m open to it all at 170.”
Of course, McGregor has to face "The Cowboy" Donald Cerrone in his upcoming welterweight match before he'll be able to back up any of what he's been saying, and Kamaru Usman is making sure the fighter doesn't forget it.
In a recent tweet, Usman made it clear that not only does he have no fear of the Irishman, but that he can easily turn his "dream into a nightmare." Check it out below!
