Macy Chiasson has been forced to withdraw from UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Sakai due to medical reasons; however, Sijara Eubanks will remain on the card as she’ll take on Karol Rosa instead.
Rosa extended her winning streak by dropping Vanessa Melo at UFC 251. That win extended a four-fight winning streak as the bantamweight also beat Lara Fritzen Procopio (via split decision at UFC Fight Night 157), Tamires Vidal (via submission at MMA Brutus) and Gisele Moreira (via TKO at Future Fighting Championships). Rosa's professional record currently stands at 13 wins and 3 losses.
Eubanks is coming off a big win as the bantamweight beat Sarah Moras at UFC Fight Night 171. Despite her back-to-back losses to Aspen Ladd and Bethe Correia, Eubanks has managed to win three out of her last five fights by dropping Roxanne Modafferi (via unanimous decision at UFC 230) and Lauren Murphy (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 131) as well. Her professional record currently stands at 3 wins and 2 losses.
