Another match-up has been changed on the UFC Fight Night Washington D.C. card, as Livinha Souza will no longer compete at the event due to suffering a back injury. Mallory Martin will now take her place and fight Virna Jandiroba on the preliminary card.

Jandiroba is looking to bounce back after suffering a loss to Carla Esparza back in April. Despite losing her first match within the UFC, Jandiroba came into the bout white hot, as the former Invicta FC Strawweight Champion was on a 14-fight win streak. Her professional record stands at 14 wins and 1 loss.

Martin is coming into the fight with some nice momentum, as the strawweight is currently in the midst of a five-fight winning streak. The Colorado native will be making her UFC debut here. Martin hasn’t suffered a loss since late 2017; Her professional record currently stands at 6 wins and 2 losses.
