A new featherweight bout is set for the UFC Fight Night show on July 18 as Nad Narimani will face Grant Dawson.
Nad Narimani is making his return after a failing to beat Mike Grundy at UFC Fight Night 147. Prior to the devastating loss, the featherweight was in the midst of a strong five-fight winning streak, notably beating Khalid Taha (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 134) and Anderson dos Santos (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 140). Narimani’s professional record currently stands at 12 wins and 3 losses.
Since making his UFC debut in early 2019, Dawson has managed to drop Julian Erosa (via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 146), Michael Trizano (via submission at UFC Fight Night 152), and Darrick Minner (via submission at UFC Fight Night 169). The Dana White’s Contender Series alumni has yet to lose a bout within the UFC, and is currently holding a professional record of 15 wins and 1 loss.
