It appears the beef between Nate Diaz and Khabib Nurmagomedov isn’t over.

Late last week, Dana White revealed that Diaz turned down a chance to fight the UFC lightweight champion, which prompted a response from Diaz denying that the UFC President even made an offer:


While a bout between the two lightweights doesn’t seem to be happening anything soon, the rivalry between Nurmagomedov and Diaz still continues. Back in 2015, there was an incident involving the UFC lightweight champion and Diaz as their entourages ended up brawling at a World Series of Fighting event in 2015.


Diaz responded to Nurmagomedov – who was in turn responding to a diss from Conor McGregor – declaring he’d slapped Khabib upside the head and his team didn’t do s**t. A brief war of words between the two fighters instantly began:
