A new featherweight bout is set for UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs. Ige as Ricardo Ramos will battle Lerone Murphy.

Ramos is currently in the midst of a two-fight winning streak, with the featherweight beating Journey Newson (via unanimous decision at UFC on ESPN 3) and Luiz Eduardo Garagorri (via submission at UFC Fight Night 164). Despite suffering a setback against Said Nurmagomedov at UFC Fight Night 144, Ramos has managed to win four out of his last five fights. His professional record currently stands at 14 wins and 2 losses.

Murphy is coming off a draw against Zubaira Tukhugov at UFC 242. While the featherweight failed to get a win in his UFC debut, the 28-year-old is still on a hot streak as he’s won his last eight fights. Murphy mainly competed in FightStar Championship, Full Contact Contender, and Evolution of Combat. His professional record currently stands at 8 wins and 1 loss.

UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs. Ige takes place on Wednesday, July 15 from Fight Island in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi with the two featherweights headlining. The placement of the featherweight fight is currently unknown.
