UFC Vegas 104 was not Marvin Vettori’s night.

Vettori was coming off of a loss to Jared Cannonier and desperately needed to win in order to maintain his divisional rankings. This was one hell of a fight, but what kept Dolidze ahead of Vettori was the final two rounds where his conditioning was notably better. Dolidze won via unanimous decision and extended his winning streak to three. His record now stands at 15 wins and 3 losses. Vettori's record is now 19 wins, 8 losses, and 1 draw.

Following his victory, Dolidze called out former UFC Middleweight Champions Israel Adesanya and Robert Whittaker. The latter responded and he doesn’t seem too interested as Whittaker stated that he’s trying to fight someone in the top five, and specifically names Sean Strickland as his next target. Adesanya has yet to respond.

In the co-main event, Chidi Njokuani scored a TKO in the second round over Elizeu Zaleski. Zaleski started the fight off fiery, but Njokuani dropped him with a huge knee and a pair of ground strikes got him the TKO win. This extends Njokuani’s winning streak to three; his record stands at 25 wins and 10 losses. Zaleski’s record drops to 25 wins, 9 losses, and 1 draw.
