The debut of Sergio Pettis is finally set!

The former UFC Fighter is confirmed for a bantamweight bout against Alfred Khashakyan at Bellator 238. MMA Junkie was the first to report the news.

Pettis is looking to build momentum from his win against Tyson Nam back at UFC Mexico City, with the bantamweight having won two out of his last five fights. Pettis will be fighting outside of the UFC for the first time since 2013, and his professional record going in stands at 18 wins and 5 losses.

Khashakyan is also making his debut under the Bellator banner, as the bantamweight is coming off three consecutive wins over Albert Morales, Keith Carson, and A.J. Bryant. In addition to competing in Lights Out Xtreme Fighting, Khashakyan has also fought in California Xtreme Fighting. His professional record currently stands at 11 wins and 4 losses.

Bellator 238 takes place on Saturday, January 25 from The Forum in Inglewood, California with Julia Budd and Cyborg headlining.
