The final UFC Pay-Per-View for 2024 is officially here!
In the main event, Alexandre Pantoja will defend his UFC Flyweight title against Kai Asakura. In a rarity, Kai is making his promotional debut, as the flyweight made his name in Rizin and Road FC before making the jump over to the UFC.
Asakura is on a hot two-fight winning streak where his final fight in Rizin saw him capture the Bantamweight Championship. But Pantoja has been on a roll himself, with the flyweight champion currently on a six-fight winning streak. Alexandre Pantoja has successfully defended his title twice, will he end 2024 on a good note with a third victory?
The co-main event will see two undefeated fighters lock horns in the welterweight division. Shavkat Rakhmonov has been killing it since he made his debut at UFC 254. The welterweight has had six fights in the promotion thus far; five of them had submission finishes and the other was a devastating KO. Shavkat Rakhmonov is riding high with an 18 - 0 record.
But Ian Garry is no slouch himself. The 27-year-old is on an eight-fight winning streak and had several highlight reel knockouts against Daniel Rodriguez, Song Kenan, and Jordan Williams. He currently stands at 15 - 0. Which man will suffer their first defeat in MMA?
The final UFC pay-per-view of the year will also see the return of former UFC Champions Chris Weidman and Aljamain Sterling. The show is scheduled for Saturday, December 7th at 7:00 PM PT. Check out the full fight card below:
