The UFC 230 main event has been confirmed.

After successfully defending the UFC Light Heavyweight title three times, Alex Pereira finally met his match at 313 as Magomed Ankalaev defeated Pereira via unanimous decision after a five round war.  The end result was quite divisive as many thought that Pereira had won the five round fight, but as Dana White always says, “Never leave it to the judges.” White confirmed the rematch on Tuesday.

Despite the loss, Pereira was on a nice five-fight winning streak with some of the wins against Jan Błachowicz, Jiří Procházka, and Khalil Rountree Jr. Pereira’s professional record is 12 wins and 3 losses.

Ankalaev hasn’t lost a fight in seven years. Before his huge victory over Pereira, the 33-year-old got victories over Aleksandar Rakić, Anthony Smith, and Thiago Santos. This is his first title defense and he’ll be walking in with a record of 20 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss.

But that wasn’t the only match confirmed for UFC 320.

Merab Davlishivili is defending the UFC Bantamweight title for the third time in 2025 as he’ll take on Cory Sandhagen in the co-main event. Davlishivili is coming off a dominant win over Sean O’Malley at UFC 316 in June. Davlishivili is another fighter who hasn’t lost a bout in seven years. The bantamweight is currently on a massive 13-fight winning streak, with some of those victories coming against José Aldo, Petr Yan, and Henry Cejudo.

Sandhagen is fresh off an impressive TKO win over former UFC Flyweight Champion Deiveson Figueiredo. Though his loss to Umar Nurmagomedov slowed down his momentum, the 33-year-old has only lost one bout in his last five fights.

The last fight Dana White confirmed on the main card was the return of former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jiri Prochazka, who will go three rounds against previous contender Khalil Rountree Jr. Thus far, the main card has only been confirmed for the upcoming pay-per-view.

Check out the confirmed line-up for UFC 320 that scheduled for October 4, 2025.

  • UFC Light Heavyweight Championship - Magomed Ankalaev vs. Alex Pereira
  • UFC Bantamweight Championship - Merab Dvalishvili vs. Cory Sandhagen
  • Jiri Prochazka vs. Khalil Rountree Jr. – Light Heavyweight
  • Joe Pyfer vs. Abus Magomedov – Middleweight
  • Macy Chiasson vs. Yana Santos – Bantamweight
