A big champion vs. champion bout is set for UFC 259!

At the loaded pay-per-view Saturday, March 6 that features three title bouts, UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya will challenge UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jan Blachowicz. Fresh off his dominant win over Paulo Costa at UFC 253, Adesanya continues to ride a wave of momentum as the 185-pound champion remains undefeated with a record of 20 wins.

Some of those wins came over former UFC Middleweight Champions Robert Whittaker (via KO at UFC 243), Anderson Silva (via unanimous decision at UFC 234), and Yoel Romero (via unanimous decision at UFC 248).

On the other hand, Blachowicz is coming in on a hot streak as the 205-pound champion has beaten former UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold, Ronaldo Souza, Corey Anderson, and most recently, Dominick Reyes. Blachowicz enters with a record of 27 wins and 8 losses.
