UFC Bantamweight Champion Petr Yan feels that Cody Garbrandt is dodging him.

The rivalry between both bantamweights started last year, with Yan and Garbrandt almost getting into an altercation due to a heated exchange on social media. Since then, both men have been taking shots at one another, with Garbrandt recently stating that he could take out the newly crowned champion in two rounds, following Yan’s fight against Jose Aldo.

However, Garbrandt revealed that he remains dead set on going down to the flyweight division and challenge Deiveson Figueiredo for the 125-pound belt, but in Petr Yan’s mind, “No Love” is moving down to the flyweight division to avoid fighting him in the future:

As of this writing, the former Bantamweight Champion has yet to respond to Yan’s latest tweet. As of now, the 155-pound champ does not have a set contender for his belt. While Aljamain Sterling should be the next man to step up and challenge for the bantamweight belt, there were rumors that Garbrandt would’ve been named the next challenger for Yan’s title.
