The UFC may not be hosting fans at its events, but those at home got front row seats to one of the most painful-looking submissions of the year. Brazilian flyweight Ariane Lipski submitted fellow prospect Luana Carolina with a kneebar so painful it made her opponent — and likely those watching from home — yelp in pain.

Although both fighters are knock for their standup game, Lipski scord an early knockdown that sent the fight to the canvas. Both fighters scrambled for position and while Carolina looked to lock up a leg, Lipski worked herself into position for a kneebar. It was only a matter of seconds before the Queen of Violence got her opponent to tap, bending her leg in a way it's not supposed to bend.

This was the second fastest finish in the women's flyweight division and a very good candidate for submission of the year. It's unclear if Luana Carolina suffered a major injury as a result.

With the win, Ariane Lipski moves to 13-5. She has now won two fights in a row and should find herself moving up the division ranks if she continues to put on performances like the one she had in Abu Dhabi.
